Payments

 

Full payment is due upon booking before each session.  Payment can be made via Master Card, Visa, Apple Pay, Discover, Afterpay or Affirm.

 

Client Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  Cancellations with proper notice may be rescheduled without penalty.   Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 25% forfeiture fee of session.

 No Show

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

 

If the service provider must cancel or reschedule, the client will be notified as soon as possible and the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Informed Consent

Hypnosis is not mind control . You will remain aware, in control and able to stop the session at any time.   Results vary .  There is no  guaranteed result and may require more than one session for a desired outcome.  While hypnosis is generally safe, some individuals may experience emotional release, or mild discomfort during a session.  Hypnosis and Past Life Regression is not a replacement  for medical or psychological treatment and should not be used as a substitute for prescribed medications or therapy from licensed professionals.

I confirm that I do not have a diagnosis of Schizophrenia or Dissociative Identity Disorder.  I am not taking any psychoactive medication or epileptic medication.

All information shared is confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, unless required by law (risk of harm to self or others). I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask questions and that all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction.  I voluntarily consent to participate in hypnotic past life regression sessions with the understanding that the results are not guaranteed.
